There are many Overseas Omaeras who are coming to Japan to witness Kanade’s big moment on stage this year! And so, they reached out and said they wanted to organize something together, and that’s how this omaera offkai came to be! There will be Japanese nikis who aren’t able to speak English very well, as well as Overseas nikis who aren’t able to speak Japanese well! Even so, we hope that all attendees can make great use of this opportunity to make some unforgettable memories with your fellow Omaeras! [Event Date] Sunday, March 9th, 2025 (20:00 ~ 22:00, 2 hours) [Event Location] 5-minutes walk from Shibuya Station [Event Venue] Su Na Ba (スナバ) B2F Ichiban Building, 1-chōme-3-11 Dōgenzaka, Shibuya, Tokyo 150-0043 [Attendance Fee] 5,000 yen per person (18+) 4,500 yen per person (under 18) ※ Due the time at which hololive 6th fes. [Drink & Food] Drinks: All-you-can-drink Food: Buffet-style [Precautions] ① There will be a place to put your belongings, but please take good care of your important personal goods, as well as your merchandise. If any goods are found to be damaged, or are lost, we cannot take any responsibility. ② Please follow all instructions from the organizers on the day of the event. ③ Feel free to take photos at the event, but please hide any faces before posting them to social media. ④ Please refrain from bringing outside food and/or drinks into the venue. ⑤ Please refrain from making a fuss anywhere outside of the event venue, or block road traffic by gathering outside. There is very limited space outside of the venue. ⑥ Due to the underage curfew hours in Tokyo, we kindly ask all underage participants in this offkai to make sure they are able to return home (or to their hotel) before the curfew starts (11PM) ※ If you are under the age of 18, please let the organizers know of how long it will take to get to your home / hotel from the offkai venue, as well as your age. [Cancellation Policy] Cancelling on the day-of, or without any prior notice will incur a payment of 100% of the attendance fee of the offkai as a cancellation fee.
