わためいと集合写真企画

概要 

3月8日に開催されるhololive SUPER EXPO 2025にて集合写真企画を実施致します。

集合場所

晴天時：国際会議場前

雨天時：9ホール外1階

※雨天変更などの際はXにてご連絡します。

※当日会場の状況により、企画中止の可能性があります。

集合時間及び撮影時間：16:00~16:30 ※Stage1終了時間や他企画団体の兼ね合いもあり多少前後する可能性あり。 

 当企画のおおよその参加人数を把握したいため、参加可能な方は参加に現在不明だが参加検討している方は興味ありに投票いただけますと幸いです。 

※選択しても決定事項ではなく、あくまで人数把握になります。 

注意事項 

・集合時は周囲の方のご迷惑にならないように集まってください。 

・他企画団体の方々も集まっており混雑が予想されますので、可能な限り集合時間５分ほど前にお集まりください。 

・上記に記載している通り、他企画団体の方々が集まっておりますので撮影後は速やかに解散をお願いします。 

・集合写真はXへ顔を隠さず投稿させていただきますのでご理解の上ご参加ください。 

・運営以外の写真撮影はご遠慮ください。 

・問題が発生しますと今後の様々なイベントにも影響を及ぼす可能性がありますので、企画運営の指示に従うようお願いします。 

※当企画運営は腕章をつけて現地におります。

Overview

A group photo project will be held at the hololive SUPER EXPO 2025, which will take place on March 8.

Meeting Location

In Case of Clear Weather: In Front of the International Conference Hall（国際会議場前）

In Case of Rain: 9th Hole Outside, 1st Floor

※In case of changes due to rain or other circumstances, we will notify you on X.

※There is a possibility that the event may be canceled depending on the venue conditions on the day.

Meeting Time and Photo Shoot Time: 16:00–16:30

Please note that the time may vary slightly depending on the conclusion of the Stage1 and the coordination with other projects.

We would like to know the approximate number of participants for this event, so if you are able to participate, please vote for "Participating", and if you are currently unsure but are considering participating, please vote for "Interested".

*Selecting an option does not confirm your participation; it is for gathering an estimate of numbers only.

Important Notes

Please gather in a way that does not inconvenience others around you.

As other groups will also be gathering, we expect it to be crowded. Please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before the designated time.

As mentioned above, other groups will be assembling, so please disperse quickly after the photo shoot.

"The group photo will be posted on X (formerly Twitter) without face covering, so please participate with this understanding."

Photography by individuals other than the event organizers is prohibited.

Any issues may affect future events, so please follow the instructions of the event organizers.

*Event organizers will be wearing armbands at the venue.
