詳細 # 概要 七詩ムメイちゃんのお誕生日、そしてデビュー3周年を皆でお祝いしませんか？ 東京都内にレンタルスペースを借りてHoomansのオフ会を開催したいと考えてます！ オフ会を企画するのは初めてなため、至らぬ点があるかもしれませんが、Hoomansの皆さんが「参加してよかった」と思えるような空間にしたいと考えています！ # 日時 2024年8月10日(土) 13:00~17:00 # 場所 都内某所のレンタルスペース(未定) 現時点ではJR秋葉原駅周辺を第一候補として考えています # 参加費 ~5000円(未確定) レンタルスペースの使用料金を参加人数で割るという計算方式をとっております故、参加費は参加人数・場所が確定次第になります。 5000円より高くなることはなく、ご参加いただける人数が多いほど安くなる仕組みとなります。 また、参加者(主催含む)の合計人数が4人以下であった場合、中止とさせていただきます。予めご了承ください。 # 参加条件 - 七詩ムメイが好きな方！ 以前からHoomansであった方はもちろん、5th fes. などを経て最近ちょっと興味を持っている・推し始めた方も大歓迎です！ - 本TwiPlaページ上で参加表明をしていただけた方 [参加する]を押していただけた場合のみ参加表明とみなします。[興味あり]では参加確定とはなりません。 # 内容 - 祭壇の作成 - 3Dライブの同時視聴 - 交流タイム - 記念写真撮影 その他やってみたい事などありましたら気軽にお申し付けください！ # ⚠注意事項 基本事項 - 本オフ会はホロライブプロダクション及びそれに係るイベント等とは無関係の非公式イベントになります。お問い合わせは企画主であるれいわー(@R4iw3rIs103)にDM等でお願いいたします。 - 当日遅れてしまう、事情があり参加できなくなる可能性がある人は事前にDM等でご連絡ください。また、無断で欠席された場合、後日料金を徴収いたします。 - 撮影する写真についてはTwitter等のSNSへアップロード予定ですが、基本全員に顔隠し加工を施した上でアップロードします。尚、サングラスなどを目元に着用される方、顔隠し不要の旨を個別に伝えていただいた方はこの限りではありません。 - 会場の外では騒ぎ過ぎないようご配慮をお願いします。 - グッズ交換や連番などはしていただいて大丈夫ですが、その際に発生したトラブルについては企画運営側は一切関与できかねます。 - 痛バやグッズの持ち込みは大歓迎ですが、荷物の管理はご自身で責任をもってお願いいたします。盗難・紛失・破損等のトラブルに関しましても責任は負いかねます。 - ナンパ等迷惑行為は禁止とさせていただきます。 - 徴収させていただく参加費は全て会場のレンタル料金に充てられます、主催者に利益は一切発生いたしません。万が一発生した場合、参加者の皆様にご相談の上取り扱いを決定させていただきます。 写真の撮影および投稿について - オフ会の様子や風景などはご自由に写真・動画撮影していただいて構いませんが、他人が写りこんだものをSNSにアップロードする際は必ず本人に掲載の許可を取るか、モザイクや絵文字等で加工を施した上でアップロードしてください。 持ち込みについて - 飲食物及び酒類の持ち込みは可能ですが、飲酒をされる方は必ず事前に申告してください。 - 飲酒をされる方は、未成年やお酒を飲まない方に飲酒を強要することは絶対にしないでください。 - 痛バやぬいぐるみ、アクスタをはじめとしたグッズ類の持ち込みも大歓迎です！しかし、荷物の管理はご自身で責任をもってお願いいたします。盗難・紛失・破損等のトラブルに関しましても責任は負いかねます。 [For Overseas] # Outline Why don't you celebrate Nanashi Mumei's birthday and 3rd anniversary? # Schedule August 10th(Sat.) 13:00~17:00(JST) # Place Rent-a-room in Tokyo. About to bring - You can bring beverages, food, and alcohol.
