Contact and other information will be sent to participants via DM. https://twipla.jp/events/508482←Link to Japanese translation of this page Event details: - Title: HIMEHINA Live 2022 "Aitai Bokura" - Dates: May 6, 2022 (Fri) - Day 1: "Ai no Hana 2022"/May 7, 2022 (Sat) - Day 2: "Kiryca and the Singing Hope 2022" - Location: Toyosu Pit Details for this project: - We will be sending a flower stand to Hime, Hina, and the Tanaka Engineering Company. - The board with participants' names will be displayed alongside the flower stand.  Rough design (by KRKP) *In the center will be the Joji Rabbit, made of flowers. Cutout panels of participants' illustrations will be displayed around the center. The sizes of the art panels will be adjusted based on artistic balance with the flowers. Information about collecting artwork Please let us display your HimeHina illustrations on the flower stand! We will cut out the characters from your HimeHina illustrations (i.e. no background) and display them alongside the flower stand. The deadline for submitting art will be April 24 (Sun). IMPORTANT: Please submit only artwork that you yourself have created. Please DO NOT submit others' artwork as your own. Submitted illustrations will be displayed in A5 size (148mm x 210mm). You can participate starting at 0 yen, so please participate if you're interested. As a reward for supporting the project with a donation, we will display your art at B5 size (182mm x 257mm). (Please understand that we will be taking artistic balance with the flowers into account and adjust accordingly.) How to participate 1. Log in to Twitter (upper right corner of the page), then click the "participate"(参加する) button at the bottom of this description section (the blue button on the left of the green and red buttons). 2. Please put your name/handle, number of donation entries, payment method, and whether you would like to submit an illustration or not on this spreadsheet. If you are a mobile user and are experiencing difficulty inputting your information, please DM the project account (@zAowoA__HH), and they will input your information for you. Participation deadline: April 24, 2022 (Sun), 23:59 (Japan Standard Time) Participation fee - One donation entry is 1000 yen. You may submit up to 5 entries (5000 yen). High school students and below will be capped at 1 donation entry. Ways to support this project that are completely free are to submit an illustration, to tweet about this project page, and to retweet tweets from the project account (@zAowoA_HH). Information about donation entries: - You may donate in increments of 1000 yen (1 “entry”), up to 5000 yen (5 “entries”) maximum.
