Update (12.10.19) :
Illustrations are currently in progress!
First character illustration will be completed by End December, and expected to be fully finished by Mid January.
A preview will be presented by Early January and cutoff for contributions will cease by 16.01.20!

Update (12.28.19) :
Due to restrictions from Event Venue not allowing Flowerstands, we will be doing a Flower basket instead.
The participation fee will be changed.

Summary/概要
お花＋イラストパネル＋参加者一覧ボードという構成のフラワースタンドを予定しています。
参加者一覧ボードで名前とお国で書いております。
レギュレーションによっては企画内容の変更もありますので、ご了承ください。 NGになったら楽屋花に変更します。
I will be organizing a flowerstand for Tachibana Arisu and her seiyuu Satou Amina for next year's last leg of 7th LIVE TOUR, "Glowing Rock!"
The flowerstand will tentatively be simple, with an illustration board and name placard. Contributors will be on a separate placard with their desired display name and maybe country of origin. (I will ask for your details during Payment)
Note : There might be restrictions on whether we will be able to have flowerstand based on the venue's decision. If otherwise, we will send a flower basket instead.

After some consideration I have decided to use

2. Illustrator (イラスト)
イラスト担当はシンガポールからのアントニオさん！
イラスト担当もう他の人が考えています！
考えたのイメージは、
ありすちゃん着てるの服は、シンデレラフェスの「ありすの物語」！
亜美菜さん着てるの服は、デレステ4周年アニバーサリーの「レインボー カラーズ」！
また日に近く時でスケッチを送ります。お楽しみにお待ちください。
Tentatively looking for an illustrator!
Update : We have two illustrators who will be working on the flowerstand!
Our first illustrator for the flowerstand will be Saiseki! (

This time he'll be in charge of Amina-san's illustration.
Update 2 (2/1/20) :
The first illustration by Saiseki is completed! The second illustration will be completed by February, please look forward to it!
She'll be in charge of Arisu-chan's illustration!
The theme will be Arisu wearing her SSR3 costume, "Arisu no Monogatari" while Amina-san will wear Deresute's 4th Anniversary costume "Rainbow Colors"
The rough sketch will be sent at a different date when it is ready!
3. Payment (参加費)
お1人の参加費は800円300円ですが、今お払い方法はPaypalです。
ライブの現地で払っても出来ますが、日が近くDM送る時に教えてください。
Minimum would be 800yen300yen, and there will be no upper limit.
(You can contribute more to the project if you wish to!)
Payment will be done via Paypal/TransferWise/PayNow (for SG backers), otherwise meeting at the Live Venue on 15th/16th February 2020.
4. Cutoff date
参加〆切 (Participation cutoff)：2020年1月16日
入金〆切 (Money transfer cutoff)：2020年1月20日とさせていただきます。
Paypal/TransferWiseを使えなかったら現地で払っても出来ます。
If you are unable to use any of the following payment options, there is the option to pay at the Live Venue.
